%90 stretch jersey cotton with a lovely drape, breathable and cool in warm weather and during dance/exercise

wide, comfortable waistband **that**is**not**elastic** and does not dig in

hugs the curves then flares out at the ankles, very flattering to the female form in all sizes, and works great as a layering piece under tunics!!!
